I received an email from Ruger announcing a new, lighter, crisper drop-in trigger for the 10/22. Supposed to be about 2lbs. It directs you to their wiebsite, but, as of last night, no mention. Looks like they are getting into the 10/22 aftermarket trigger business.

For 90 dollars, wonder if they would give you a discount for trading in the old trigger? Seems only fair since the new trigger is something they should have had in all 10/22s years ago........
Wonder which, if any, models will ship with the new trigger? The Target model should, at least.
I'm not paying $90 for a trigger, when my entire DSP wasn't much over $200.

my local shop/gunsmith has done all of them and they are about that weight, do not have a scale to check. They all shoot fine for megreener wrote:That's well under the price of some after-market trigger groups I've seen. With a little work, it's likely you can get to about that with the original.
You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.
