What causes the rim to drop and the bolt jams on the flank of the cartridge with the lead stuck at the top of the chamber mouth? This is only occasional. Other CCI feeds are fine. The pistol only feeds CCI SV. All others dive the nose into the tip of the ramp.
Front mag lips already squeeze on the round. Perhaps too much. Or possibly we need a stronger push from the mag spring.

The rim may be catching on the extractor hook edge during insertion causing the nose to tip upward and miss the chamber mouth. There should be a slight rounding of the bottom corner of the extractor hook. It should be just enough to take the sharp edge off.
