I just went over and looked at Lonewolf's picture. It looks like he made each part on the page a separate picture and then combined them into one graphic. Each item has has its own title and properties.

On mine, I used Image Ready to draw hot zones and then added alternate text to each zone. Later after I finished drawing all the hot zones and adding the text, I went back into the page source and changed all the alternate text to titles using a basic text editor program like wordpad.

No 'critique' intended... just FYI...
I've used http://www.EditPadLite.com/editpadlite.html
as a freebie MSWin Text-Editor for several years...
but... being a geek that still has my Pocket-Protector & Slide Rule...
nothing comes close to: http://THomer.com/vi/vi.html
but vi has a learning-curve that can be intimidating for the non-geek,
as it is purely KeyBoard-driven and requires your "fingers" to learn the
commands instinctively... no Mouse/Visual commands...
but once learned... has no rival... oh, uh.. this is a FireArm-Forum... oops
