I'm thinking of replacing the barrel on my Savage 10 308 win. with a shaw heavy barrel. Anyone use a shaw barrel before?
I'm going to use this as a project gun for paper punching at the range, not as a walking around hunting rifle.

Shaw makes a good barrel, you should be really happy with it. I'm more partial to Shilen or Hart barrels.
