MKII price check

Post by actionflies » Tue Mar 27, 2007 8:39 pm

I saw a brand new MKII target stainless 6 7/8 barrel for $329. Is this a good price?

NIB, with both Mags and papers and scope-rail... YEP, good price.
logoff and go get it...

if you're paying shipping and FFL fee (tax) in addition...
it is less-attractive, but still an OK/fair price... not many left.

Came back and it was sold, so I bought the MKIII 5.5 blued bull barrel instead.

Too Bad.

That would have been a nice acquisition of a quality piece at a very reasonable price. As stated previously, shipping and FFL fees would mean
additional charges, but still quite reasonable.

MK III

actionflies,

You have a great gun in the MK III. Traded in an old Colt Woodsman in on one about a year ago, and gave some of the profit to the Wisconsin Pro Gun Movement. Really love shooting it. Bought it for my son, but he is still too young to own one. But he can outshoot me, so what does that tell ya?!

Anyway, years ago I had a MK II and sold it for some needed cash. Was glad to get back into the Ruger. You will love it.
