The other contestants clearly respected Brian's fundamental shooting skills that is one reason why he sat out on a lot of the team competitions. What most folks watching the show didn't know was his level of expertise with the rifle. I knew he was double distinguished but that wasn't really advertised in his bio on the show. Lots of the competitors thought he'd smoke them on the pistol but overlooked his skills with the rifle. The archery portion appeared to be his weakest stage.

My opionion of George the Air Force Sniper did a complete 180 when he layed up the shot on the .357mag... until then I couldn't stand the guy.

and weather Zins was missing on pupose with the 10/22 or not I'm ok eithr way. I think he said he got "tunnel vision" and actually felt the pressure of the show, I can see that happening, iof you put a camera on anyone they tend to perform different until they get used to the camera being there.
