Apparently the Raleigh Nuisance and Disturber believes drawing your gun while "talking" to the police and being tasered constitutes working with the police.

Pretty rough bunch, us North Carolina boys.

That is one confusing news report.

All puppies and roses til they get downtown, then the guy is suddenly suicidal?

And since when would shooting a person FULL of electricity NOT make his muscles contract? D'OH

Seems a bit on the fishy side to me...
