S&W Mod. 41 magazine feed problem

A long time ago I used to do the drop of oil on the top round in the mag routine during competitions. Worked fine for me. On some brands of ammo it was the only way to get through a string of 5 bullets without an alibi. I finally reamed the chambers with a match .22 reamer never had another ejection jam or missfeed issue with any of the pistols with the new chambers.

I have a Model 41 with 7" barrel. With a recoil buffer and CCI Standard Velocity it functions to perfection. Some of the fellas where I shoot have given it a try and all are impressed with the fit, finish and performance.
