A relatively new CC holster
I recently ( about a month ago) saw a CC holster on eBay that made some rediculous claims. But the price was right ($25) so I ordered one.
They claimed is was clipless, but could be tucked IWB in either cross draw or strong side or even small of the back. It could be used in a pocket or a purse or fanny pack. Was reversible (RH or LH) and is the most comfortable holster you'll ever use.
I was skeptical, but after trying it out this past month or so, I'm very impressed. It does seem to do all they claim....and it is much more comfortable IWB than the leather one I had been using. It is flexible and forms to my movements....yet it stays put. I've worn it on walks and around the house for hours and it doesn't move around when worn IWB over my appendix. My S&W m36 is invisable under a sweatshirt or loose "T" shirt.
That holster is made by Remora.

New CC Holster
Interesting idea.
I may have to try one and see how it works for me.
Thanks for the heads up

Not yet. But it's still cool here. I wonder if it would be any different than leather.Bullseye wrote:Any perspiration issues from the material?

I've carried for several hours at a time tucked in my waist band indoors and outdoors without any problems. It stays put! Even when I draw the revolver...no movement. I like it for its versatility. IWB...or a pocket, LH or RH, cross draw or strong side or even small of the back. I haven't tried the fanny-pack and I don't carry a purse....so you're on your own there.
Global warming hasn't made it here, yet, so the sweating question is unanswered. I would suspect that on warm days it might be a problem, but I would suspect no more than a leather IWB holster would be. I would not carry against my skin....at least not for long. I carry with "T" or under shirt between the holster waist band.
I don't doubt that it won't meet everone's needs, but it is an in-expensive addition to ones CC options. I'm collecting holsters for different situations and, so far, this one is my favorite. For hunting/hiking or woods carry I use a modified Blackhawk Serpa since concealment is not a priority. I also have a leather IWB with clip, that I will keep, but may never use again. I also have an Uncle Mikes that I may mount in my truck or car for handy access on trips.
