Rimfire on Steel

Anyone who has shot any steel targets is usually still smiling when they remember doing so. This is the best one I've found, it is 11.5"X7" with a center 1 5/8" hole with a flapper that flies up when hit,then resets. There is also a flapper beside the head that will go to the other side when hit. There is a sturdy steel stand that uses 1/2X2" supplied and cut by you to however high you want your target to be. A great plinking target, but also fun to move out to 100 yards

That is a nice target style. AR500 plate? Is it commercial or home made?

Bullseye, it is made by LV Steel Targets (www.lvsteeltargets.com), and is not AR500 and is only for 22 rimfire. I do have one of his AR500 targets that my 308 doesn't harm. He sticks this little rimfire target with stand in one of those post office flat rate boxes($14 for shipping).
bearandoldman, I thought about you when I decided to get this one. We could give it quite a workout Huh? Very well thought out steel. Give Petey some relief

Two guys with pumps and lever guns, man could we go through the ammo. A can of spray paint to retouch the target while we are reloading would be good also. My 10/22 with a high cap mag, but they never really wok as good as the factory mags.

I went to the website. They have some very durable looking targets. I may have to try one. Thanks for the info.
