I have a Mk II ser. # 210-50101. Planning to install a VQ sear and I'm not really sure which disassembly/reassembly instructions and photos I should be following. Can anyone set me straight? Thanks

Welcome to Guntalk-Online!
You can use the detail strip instructions for the Mark III at this link,
http://www.guntalk-online.com/detailstrip.htm ,the only difference between the internals of the Mark II and the Mark III are the magazine disconnector hook and spring. Your Mark II pistol just has a one piece hammer bushing in the place of those parts, everything else is the same for a sear swap. If the link seems too confusing then you can also use this one for a Mark II,
http://www.1bad69.com/ruger/internals.htm . I plan on adding a regular Mark II section but haven't got to it on my web help pages. I did add in a Mark II section on my 22/45 maintenance page.
Hope this helps.

1. welcome to the forum...
2. from Glendale, take I-17 N to Hwy69 exit at Cordes Lakes
then stay on Hwy69 to Prescott...
3. In Prescott, take Hwy89 North, past the golf course and airport
4. 'Ruger Road' is just past the airport...
This is where they make Ruger Pistols...
maybe they can help... --grin
'Bullseye' has the best instructions, take care and enjoy...

No problem, let me know if I can be of more assistance. Although there's many other Ruger experienced members here on Guntalk-Online that can help too.
I'm in good company here and so are you.
