RimFireSports.com ... I have a (good) story to tell, read on.
earlier in the fall, I placed two different orders from rfSports,
the items were received promptly as anticipated.
About thanksgiving I placed my third order and expected the
same prompt fullfilment... but after a few days 'over due',
I eMailed to confirm the status...
The reply indicated it had been shipped (promptly) and needed
to wait a few more days before complaining with the USPS...
A few days later... I, again, notified rfSports that I had received
nothing... the reply was that the order would be re-filled, and was.
I got the USPS-tracking number...
Then... a reply that the original package had been returned
with an indication that it was not deliverable... D'oh
I'm glad the package was returned and not 'lost'.
The re-filled order has been received.
I want to add an extra "Kudo" for A.H. at rfSports
for his follow-up and "customer service".
He'll get my business in the future...
