You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.

When I see OM walking down the street i'll step to the side and say 'yes sir'!
Just because he's a senior doesn't make him an easy target.
Boy did I hear it from the 'breakfast club' the other day when I told them I usually,
not always, carry my Kahr without one in the pipe. I always get static
from CC's. Although I had to travel down near Detroit the same day and I
chambered one in with the gun inbetween the passenger seat and the console
for immediate access if needed. Working in Detriot is alot of the reason I retired early,
so I wouldn't be retired early, if you get my drift.

I found out today that here in Texas, one can basically keep a handgun in the vehicle at all times, as long as it is concealed, not visible by somebody peeking in through the windows.
I thought that you had to be crossing a county line while traveling - but now "traveling" encompasses just about any use of a car or truck, apparently.
It was at a CC class that I heard about this. - I had no idea, guess I ought to keep up on that kind of stuff.

That was a law passed a couple of years ago. But if your stopped and a peace officer ask you have any thing they need to know you should tell them. If your a CC just give them your permit when they ask for your DL and all will be good. They may ask where your gun is at then you tell them.
