1ST I called their sale/ tec department, no one answers, so I left a voice message. a day an a half later I tried leaving a E-Mail with their customer Service, that was last Thursday. It seem their not interested in hearing from a small buyer. I just Mail the sear back to them , ask for a refund. They may charge me a restocking fee ! :
Is there any one else that I can deal with ,besides VQ ????
Can you be more specific on the problem with the vq sear?

My experience with VQ has been very different. Every time I've called someone has picked up, usually it is Nic Volquartsen himself. On a few occasions he has even called me back later with further information. All my emails get answered within 24 hours. As I said this has been my experience and I know that others may have different interactions with them. I know that the Shot Show just closed last week and there may be some extra things going on at VQ with all the preparation/unpacking that goes with an industry trade show. You may have just been a victim of unfortunate timing. Let me know if you do not get your situation resolved to your satisfaction. I'm sure it will all be taken care of for you once everyone gets settled from Las Vegas.
