JACK RABBIT STEW

I've always been a rifleman, and I've got a new toy- a pump Rem 12 ga Flitemaster w/modified choke. Just got back fm Yuma ("Dove Capital of the World", local businesses proclaim, and restaurants open at 4:30 AM for visitors going a-huntin'.
I'm the "eat what you git" type, and I've got my beady eyes and my shotgun bead on the local jack rabbits. Anybody tasted jack rabbit stew? Got any recipe?
