I don't know the reputation of the blogger,
but I found this blog to (hopefully) report and interpret
the coming Supreme-Court review of the "DC Gun Laws"...

DC Gun Laws...

I don't know if the High Court will even take up this case. This is a political hot potato and even the Supreme Court sees that. There's no real reason for them to set a precedent with this case. They can simply refuse to review it citing little Constitutional relevance and the lower court's decision will stand.
I will be watching but I don't expect much.

Oh yeah? Eastern cities only???Blindpig wrote:Wow, Toy, all that lawyer talk gives me a headache! The whole idea of denying someone the right to have a pistol in their own home to defend themselves is indicative of the monumental stupidity that's so prevalent in D.C. and most other eastern cities.
When I was residing in the Bay Area at North Kalifornia, there was a move among the San Francisco city fathers to ban any form of gun ownership altogether. Apparently (or, hopefully?...) common sense prevailed, for I haven't heard of any development fm my neck of the woods- FAR from that place!!!
