No more handgun a month in VA
VA will soon not have a one handgun a month purchase limit. It's repeal has passed the state legislature, just needs the gov's signature, and he has said he'll sign it.
There are a slew of good gun law changes in process, and most seem to have a good chance of passing. Teachers and professors being able to carry on school grounds. No background check on sales if you have a carry permit. Eliminating carry permits, unless you just want one for travel to reciprocating states. A few more, I can't remember right now.

Good to here the ones that have no impact on the law abiding citizens. Criminals DON'T Care. Texas has been trying to get passed one for Professors and off duty officers too carry. And I think ones who have CC too.
But that will help business that are in your state.

You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.

The governor hasn't signed the bill, yet. I haven't told your mom that I might not be required to buy one per month.bgreenea3 wrote:Uh oh what will greener do now he doesn't have to buy a gun a month?
The Richmond Times Disgrace reported a poll in today's paper showing 66% of those polled opposed getting rid of the statute. I guess the anti-gunner's have done a much better job of advertising than the pro gun folks. The pro gunners may have done a much better job of convincing the pols that we vote.
The pro-gun folks are opposing both versions of Castle bills because they reduce rights under common law.
