I guess you need to be careful when you do an IWB carry.

Condition one can be hazardous. I wonder if it was a Glock or one of the other safety trigger style pistols.

I carry an XD in an IWB but I put the holster on then insert the pistol without touching either the grip safety or especially the trigger safety. I used to have a SA pistol I either had to carry cocked and locked or carefully lower the hammer, note the "used to have"

I gotta admit, I carry mine this way sometimes to go into convienent stores becuase its a little large and easier to conceal, but I'm extremly careful and I dont carry it cocked. If I ever needed it in a hot situation, I would shoot it double action anyway I guess. I'm not saying this is right. I 'm just telling you guys I do it. But thats the only time.
