Found this on Xavierbreath's blog and then went to the source, it's even better. Seems like the BG got shot by the 76 year old victim and his neighbor. King County didn't say if they were giving out marksmanship medals but the shooters weren't charged.

76, nasty head wound, cerebral palsy and still able to shoot in self-defense. Don't mess with old guys, or their neigbors.

Some days are just bad days, he needs to find another line of work when he gets out of jail. Hope he learned his lesson " Don't mess with old guys as you may n ot live to tell about it, they are too old to fight an will just shoot you
