I met Mrs. Greener when I tried out for the college rifle team. One of us made the 4th ranked team and the other didn't. About 20 years ago a friend noticed the trophies and invited her out to do some plinking. When she came back she complained about being rusty, shooting with bifocals, never liking scopes and the "plinking" was the annual club small-bore match, which she won. It took over a year for the targets to come off the fridge.

You know Rob, you and I have probably always wanted the answer the same question, why did she ever marry me? We must both have that sad dog look.

I never ask questions unless I'm sure I can live with the answers. Let's just say I married well above my station.

It's nice to have a hobby that you and the Mrs. can share.

CONGRATS to Mrs Greener! One of the best things about the Texas State Rifle Association is that there are very successful programs in place to appeal to, and recognize the lady shooters. We work to make certain that it's not just a "good old boys" gathering. I'm happy to add in that my good spouse has had her CCW license since they were available. She has out shot most of us(myself included) when she decides to show us how it is done in the informal contests on our hunting lease. Regards
