We are supposed to be about 98 today, but a cool front is coming. Forecast is 88 tomorrow, and working down to 74 by Friday.... :D

Good range weather for the new LCR, but my Forest Service range may be packed........

The only advantage in the heat has been not mowing my grass for a month. From the looks of it, even cooler with rain, it may need another 2-3 weeks to get tall enough. We've only had an inch of rain in the past month.

My tree limb is still on the power line, but 10 days and no problem. Maybe it's just not heavy enough.

I cut the grass about 10A and it was 95. Went to 104 in the shade this afternoon. I decided the recliner needed holding down and I needed to closely watch outside compressor.

It only made it to mid 90's here yesterday. I had to mow the area around the house sat, which is about 3 ac. The dust was so bad my eyes were giving me problem so I stopped. We got 1/2" of rain last night along with a pretty violent storm which took out a large limb on the pecan tree next to the house. So today I collect the fallen branches to burn. Since the drought killed a lot of trees I have dead branches falling out on a regular basis. I may mow the rest of the yard now since I will not have to deal with the dust kicking up. We are still expected to make it in to the low 90's which will make it steam bath here.
