In response to the original question, I can only speak for myself. I'm new here, and I also belong to a couple of other forums. I've been "lurking", learning what I can. I've been out of the shooting sports for many years, and am just returning. At this point, I feel I have much more to learn, than to contribute. Heck, I look around and I don't even know what lot of these guns ARE nowadays.
I appreciate this site, it's very informative and full of useful and/or just plain interesting information. Please don't hold it against me if I feel I have little to contribute at this time. There's just so much information to aquire, I'd rather be reading than typing.

As I mentioned in my first post, I've been lurking, and the folks here (youself included) seem to be very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. That's what compelled me to sign up. You seem like good folks.
Thanks for the welcome.

Lurking is such a negative term, let's just say you were indirectly observing and then decided to join in after some time. Although there's nothing wrong with lurkers on this forum.
