That's pretty amazing, but if you're looking for Model 69 information that blog site is third down the list on Google. I'm sure that has something to do with its longevity.

Granddad's is a 69a or a 69? I know it has the buckhorn sight not a peep, thats a FINE rifle.......of course I learned on a mossberg 144lsa at scout camp and only shot that one much later.....

Actually, my rifle since I was about 5 or 6. Buckhorn sight. Model 69

right the glenfield model 60 was hs truck gun
