Has anyone used the new Ultra Dot L/T Open Sight at all? I was looking at the red dot scopes for my new Mark III Hunter and found this. I was thinking that there would be a glare on the lens when used in direct sun light.

No more than any of this type of projection dot sight. The UD L/T's reflective shade is angled back and hooded to prevent glare from interferring with the sighting of the dot scope.
