WTB Ruger Talo grips

I'd like to buy a set of the Talo grips for the ruger mkIII, not the multi colored USA grips. I'd also consider any of the wood grips with the Ruger logo done in wood.
I'd also like a factory SPORTER style stock for a 10/22.
