Shoot, I'm only 30, and the last time I printed a .50" group of five shots at 200yds with my 270 I damn near wet myself.

I am a big guy, so everyone is used to me wearing loose clothing. I usually carry a P90 in an inside the pants rig on my strong side behind the hip. Tried the 1911 families, just never could get them to fit my meaty paws right.

Very nice looking pieces, GCP. Like you, there are times and places where I favor a carbine but one of the Kimbers is always along for the ride. Here's my S&W MP15A.

It is functional. I tried to keep it fairly simple without a lot of gadgets hanging on it. There's a bunch of that HSLD stuff out there that works OK I guess, but to me, most of it just adds weight. I do have a tactical light for it that's not shown in the picture. I mount it on the right side rail and it has a tail switch that I operate with my thumb. I do love the EOTech red dot. I've never had a sight that makes it so easy to acquire the target.
