I like the spur hammer and a solid trigger as well....i did swap my trigger out for one with a over travel stop on it, went with a slightly extended thumb safety, and put houge rubber raparound grips on it and me likey......have been thinking about better sights lately, but the factory set up is just fine for now

I just shot my PT1911 today and it never fails to be enjoyable to shoot. It isn't a SA or LB, but it still has great abilities, even for a shooter like me. The grip/frame/weighting ergonomics are very comfortable for most shooters.
