Remington 870 question.
My wife is getting pretty good with her 12g 870, but really wants some nicer stocks. She really wants something with "character" (her word, not mine) like my 10/22 Blaster that I got from Boyd's. I went to their website and saw that they do make fore-grips in some colors, but not any stocks. Anyone have any ideas? Do they make wood dyes or something that I could use and then re-seal the stocks? Help me out here guys, I want to keep her interested in shooting, and am not ready to buy a new Red-Label yet. Thanks in advance,
JJ

If you immediately know the candlelight is fire, then the meal was cooked long ago.
Oh I've tinkered with wood refinishing, and with practice you can apply multi-layers of stains to achieve a really nice color scheme. Just be sure to stick to the same brand, so that you don't have any adverse reactions.
Find a couple of pieces of scape wood and practice, soon you could surpise yourself.
