shot steel today

Well, I took out my old single shot with the new scope and shot my first steel silhouette with it. Out of 40 I managed to hit 11 which is a good starting point for the first time. To make things more interesting it was indeed snowing like crazy but that did help dope the wind. So, a start of 11, I have all summer to start seeing how many of those crazy steel critters I can pop. I think the winner was a 23, some of those anschutz are great shooters. Interesting enouph the second place shooter was using an old single shot rifle he picked up from the DMC.
