Nice paint work on the stock. What kind of paint did you use?
That's one long sun shade on that scope.
Looking forward to seeing how well it shoots.

I used Krylon Fusion white for the base coat, the red and blue are also Krylon. The pearl flake is a separate coat in a clear base. It was then covered with several coats of clear laquer!

I noticed the clear coat, you must have put some time in finishing that stock.

Where I shoot during the winter it is inside a heated building thru a window. The heat escaping around the shooter makes for a very bad mirage. I have had targets completly disapear in the scope. These long extensions on the scope really help out a lot!

Pretty looking, almost too pretty to take out and shoot. You surely want to take care when putting it in/out of a case. You wouldn't want that beauty slipping out and hitting the garage floor

I see you aren't going to let me forget that.
Nice looking paint job, unruley. I'd shoot it. If the paint gets marred, just send it back to the painter. That's what I did with the Henry someone keeps bringing up.

On the subject of one of our esteemed members dropping a stock on a concrete floor, there is no way that I'm going to bring that up

Why not??????????? Hope that gun shoots as good as it looks. If it does it should shoot 5 shot groups the size of a half a bullet hole.
You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.

I have banged up some of my custom guns in the past. The good/bad news on this one is that if I scuff it, I have to fix it! Yes, I will be shooting it! Im not one for safe queens! I will post some groups once I get it out some!

He polished the high spots on the stock down for you by dragging it down the road from the trailer hithcch. He sure is a helpful kind older gentleman, eh????????
