If he don't shoot well. Bear and I will straighten him out. Pulled it apart to remove the barrel and clean it from the breech, wet patch and dry patch and swapped for the trigger assembly from Sport. We can get the other reworked later. After looking it over ans straightening out a partially stripped screw that holds the stock end cap on. After looking at the end cap it is not a total barrel band, just goes a little above center of the barrel to hold it. Just a little fie job will give the barrel relief and the we can use the washer and bad system that works well on the other guns.

Yes, we noticed that BEAR had a hard time getting comfortable on his couch. KAZ said to tell him to get a pillow for his head, and a Cat to fight off winter chills

Pillows he has, unless he prefers to kick them on the floor. What he usually does is rest his chin on that low armrest so he can look out the front window for guard duty and mailman barking. Weather is not too bad today low 30's but not windy, may take the Baron out for a trial run in about an hour.

The cat, we will have to look into, not sure he really cares for them, other than chasing them out of his back yard,

Nice pillow! The cat is Archie, a yellow Tom resecue. They have been pals for 10 years and will allow NO other cats in their yard. We are certain the Archie does not know he is a cat. Regards

Don't tell him, he will be much happier as a dog.
The Baron shoots pretty well, only got about 50 rounds out today as it was about 24F but had about a 15 to 20 mph wind. He seems to like the ammo from his homeland, Wolf MT.

I made a typing error , it was 34F but that did not help much either, the nose run factor messes up you aim and hold, plus the target frame was moving a little also. That cor spoiled, how about the dog???

That picture of Barons bore was one of the most pronounced "sunburst" or "star" pattern's I've ever seen. Had to really please you for your first range time despite the cold/wind. Regards

Well, due to my being a wussy in my old age we did not shoot much but the gun does show a lot of potential for a totally stock gun other than the trigger, here are the targets from today, some of them.

you are the last one to buy a new gun !!! I know he's out

Haka, I think the Greener has out purchased me this year, but not sure. I think we need to do a purchase count. I know he tries to buy one a month because it is allowed in Virginia, but he thinks it is REQUIRED.

It must be required. Why would they have a one gun a month law if it was OK to by fewer than that?

I can see you reasoning on that. Keep on buying, don't want to see a friend go to jail for not buying enough guns.

Had some other projects to do that took up my time, but here is the Baron and he is wearing his monocle. Tasco 4-16x40AO World Class. I believe.
