Made a stock change and got some better ammo (Federal Premium Target) the rifle fired really well today. Not as good as many of you but I am working on my control now not the rifle. I believe the rifle will do what I want it is just up to me now. I do believe I will put a bench rifle stock on it though. I fired 100 rounds from it today and was pleased. The best two groups were .275 and point .249 measured with the OnTarget program. These were fired at 25 yards with 10 shot groups.

Looks as if you have all of the best as far as bun equipment and ammo. Now the same problem we all have is operator, can not get any add ones to fix that. I do have an excuse because I can blame it on old age. Took my old build which is a 4 digit receiver and trigger mechanism that I took off a gun I bought some years ago from the range owner. You know I sold the stock for what I paid for the gun and think I got another 50 for the barrel. Bought the gun for 75 bucks. Shot these targets the other day, first 2 upper left groups were as the gun came off the rack, zero has moved a little since last fall. Used the 2 lower lweft targets to shoot the other groups and when I do my job it will shoo damn good groups, the center bull is 1/4 inch.
here is the gun
sorry, wrong target that is an older one with the same gun

You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.

Yes Greener I did change the stock. The length of grip to trigger was just a little long in the other stock. Thanks for the comments gentlemen it is much appreciated. Yep bear I wish I could buy some improvements for this older body to help me shoot also. But I think the gun will come around and me to as I get a little more use to it.
