Just traded my Ruger M77 MK II 30-06 for a Savage Mark II-JTV 22LR with a BSA 3X9 scope. What a tack driver!!! It has a beautiful laminate thumbhole stock and blued barrel. Went out and got it partially sighted in at 50 yds. Feels comfortable.

Enjoy your new savage! They are great rifles, most of them will outshoot much more expensive brands. Mine sure has.
