Remington SPR94 22/410 ?

I am looking for a backyard varmint gun out to 40 yards.
It is a first gun for my grown daughter and it has to be safely unloaded, capable of a second shot and versatile.
What seems to fit the criteria is the Remington combo 22 LR over a 410.

What are your thoughts on this rifle shotgun combo?

It's a 22lr and a 410 shotgun. It is safely unloadable and if a 22 and a 410 will do what you want I say get it.
