Phew...
Well not perfect but got 'er done. Amazing difference in grip, able to hold steady with a much looser grip=less fatigue. Palm shelf is like cheating. Aesthetics are nice, I just need to clean up that bad cut on the lower right panel excess someday. A darker wood would have been better but eh.
Note I opted not to drill a sear pin hole, I felt it was too risky so close to the grip screw hole. I just relieved around the pin an eighth of an inch or so. I put some silicone grease on the grip screws hoping they will not bite over time and will go on and off easy without taking off the bushings. I used jb weld to hold the screws in, it seems to be holding well...but I wouldn't be surprised if every few years I need to re-epoxy.
