VQ MKIII accurizing kit-does it include plunger and spring?

Post by melchloboo » Fri Apr 18, 2008 11:33 pm

I received the MKIII accurizing kit for my 22/45, everything but the trigger plunger and spring are in the bags. I sent them an email, but I don't know if they work weekends and I had blocked out some time to do the installation this weekend, so I was wondering if anybody knew if these parts are still part of the kit or not, or if the stock plunger and spring are used now. On the website they say they are part of the kit.

The plunger and spring are part of the kit for the trigger. Until you get the new ones you can use the factory trigger ones. The trigger will be a little heavier but only by a few ounces.

I'm probably too lazy to open it up again, I'll most likely wait until they send the parts or else I'll never swap the new ones in. I thought (hoped) maybe they redesigned the trigger or something such that the new spring and plunger were no longer needed. Besides, not that I am experienced enough to sense the difference of a few ounces, but I'd rather establish consistency from the get go. Thanks though for letting me know.
