I just got a chance to try out my new Mark III Hunter Target at the range today, and hot damn!
Once I got the scope sighted in, it was right on target, and repeatability was fantastic.
Everything about this gun is so much better. the mag release, the bolt

I see that target picture and there's a nice tight group ate out of the center of it. Happy to hear that you're pleased with the new Hunter. Did you use the stock Hi-Vis sights?

Yeah, I'm more than happy with it. The difference between the two is amazing. My advice to anybody thinking about the Mark III, would be spend the extra $80 and get the Hunter Target (or competition).
That was with the Bushnell Trophy. I wanted to give it a shot, and would have switched, but taking it off and putting it back on just isn't easy enough.
I'll probably use the stock sights next time just to play with them. I know they're right on the money though. Every shot I did take with them, has been right on the nose.
This is a great gun.
Now, I can't wait to start modifying it!!
