Hello from California,

I have a Rear Sight Pivot Pin that keeps drifting out the left side of my MKII.
Would LocTite work in this area? Is this pin suppose to float or be lock down tight.

Yes, you can use LocTite here but do so sparingly as you don't want it to wick into the rest of the sight and bind up the top leaf.

Thanks for the welcome and the suggestions, I went with a small amount of
LocTite on the pin and reset it. Next range session will let me know if it worked.
