Just purchesed one yesterday and am planning on reducing the trigger
pull and creep myself. Any information on which way to go such as
VQ and/or Clark parts would be appreciated. Thank you

First I would start off with a VQ target sear. That part alone will significantly reduce the trigger's pull weight.
Do you have creep? Or is it just a lot of trigger movement? Movement can be adjusted out with an adjustable VQ target trigger. You can adjust most of the pretravel and posttravel out of the trigger with this type of trigger.
Once you've changed the sear then I'd reevaluate the creep. It may or may not be a factor with the new sear installed. If you still feel the creep then consider adding in a Clark oversized hammer bushing, as this will take out most all of the perceived movement.
I do not recommend getting the trigger upgrade kit. It has many redundant parts that have little to no effect on the trigger pull.

Sounds like the way to go. Thanks for the prompt rely.

I took his advice on the Volquartsen sear and trigger and I'm very happy with the results. I installed the Volquartsen extractor while I was in there.
This is w/o a doubt my favorite gun to shoot.
I got my parts from Brownells on the Internet.

If your hammer has side to side movement > 1/8" you will probably need the bushing. I've seen some new MK's have > 1/4" and some maybe 1/16" so check it the next time you have the barrel off.
