I have increased trigger pull and now some times when trying to get that first round off the trigger will not pull till I let off then pull again, I was wandering
if that increased trigger pull weight would cause over travel to have to be adjusted. or is there something else going on ?

No, not normally. But your overtravel screw may have vibrated out and could need a little adjusting. Once I get them adjusted I use a little blue Locktite on it.

well not sure what caused my problem, I back off over travel screw about
1/4 turn and works good now it was tight and was the first time I have turned
that screw in twenty years. might have had some crud in it I clean it and oil
which I do after every match.
