Those are looking pretty good! I'd say you used the stock grips as a pattern for the mold. A good choice in my book.
I'd bet a set in Desert tan would look good too.

Are these grips the same thickness as the stock grips? Also, what's the material?

I've looked at the RP at a couple of gun shows, and just haven't gotten the urge to get one. TechTeach's MKIII grips lessened the need. However, if the Techteach-RP grips are a tad thicker than the grips on the RP, I may be in the market for Ruger #6.

I used the RP grips to make my molds going to make a set a little thicker to give the same thickness as my 1911 will post a picture when I have them made.

Will the existing RP grip screws support thicker grips ? Are the grips screws stock 1911 or a common size that one can get longer ones ?
It would be nice to be able to add 1/8" steel shims under the existing grips to add more weight and get comparable 1911 thickness.
