MKIII Deluxe Shooting High
I have a MKIII Hunter with the Hi-Viz sight and have no problem hitting target with the v-notch suggested sight picture. I just bought a MKIII deluxe with the same sight and the elevation screw is turn (clockwise) all the way in and it's still shooting 2" high. The rear sight base, set screw is fine from my inspection. Any suggestion?

The photo you posted is a Lipsey exclusive. It has a shorter barrel than the MKIII Hunter. Those sights were designed to be used with a 6 7/8" barrel. The Lipsey has a shorter barrel there fore it shoots high.
At least that is what I think is causing it.
Looks like you will have to replace the front sight or the rear sight.
Maybe someone will confirm this.

You have tyo turn the screw in the other direction to move the rear sigh in the direction you want to move the POI When you sight in a gun you have to make the sights look where the gun is shooting. Loweer the rezr sight to make it look higher at the POI.
You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.

I bought the same model a few weeks ago and, now that you've mentioned it, I recall mine having the same tendency. I had to screw the rear sight almost all the way down to get it where I wanted at 10 yards. Even so, I do not care for the v-notch/hiViz style sights so I changed mine out a few days later to a sqaure notch rear/target style front setup that comes on the competition model. When I went to the range with the new setup, it was shooting low so I had to adjust the rear sight up. I didn't give any of this a second thought until you posted. Seems this model has a tendency to shoot high out of the box. Here's a pic with the sights I currently use:
