Let the dentist send his own kid to college, do Ma's dental work yourself and buy more guns. Don't tell her I said that, that news could get spread by the sweet old ladies union and get us into a lot f trouble.
I keep telling her that I have all the tools we need: pliers (some even not rusty), hammers, Dremels... If not, it would be a great tax write-off to get more. She didn't recognize the sacrifice I was willing to make in giving up a lead bullet or two for fillings. Heck, a FMJ would make a great, good-looking tooth replacement. Never can understand why they don't see the benefits of at-home, do-it-yourself dentistry although she has offered some impromptu dentistry for me a couple of times.

Well, you have your Priority's, and she has hers  Just kidding, the search/lusting part of acquiring a Challenger is as much fun as finally owning one. All good things in time. Regards

Watch out my friend that instant dentistry she is offering can be painful.
You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.

Speaking of using shop tools for Dentistry it was decided many years ago by a Naval Dentist that I should have my wisdom teeth removed. They must have thought that I already had enough wisdom. Anyway the Dentist took a stainless star chisel and hit it with a hammer shattering the tooth. Then pulling out the pieces. I remember this episode very well even 43 years downstream. I've told civilian Dentists my story, and oddly enough they weren't taught that particular method. Regards

I have a relative who is an Army dentist and will if that is still the military dental practice. Maybe that was a Navy thing. Had a wisdom tooth pulled a couple years ago. It was called surgery but the tooth came out in pieces.

He who hesitates is lost on the Challenger. Went by the store and neither were there. The gun side was so crowded I thought they might be giving them away. Went over to the fishing side and stocked up with silver bullets...the ones guaranteed to hook fishermen and not guaranteed to be noticed by fish.

You know some of them will even catch a fish now and then. Should have bought them both last week.

BAOM, I believe you have hit the nail on the head. And I further agree with the sensitivity of the information being spread to widely across the web. After all, look at all the information getting out of Iran. Carry on, I am on vacation in Florida. Getting ready to hit the beach, fishing rod in hand, to pursue my second most favorite hobby. Have a good day. TB
Work is for people who don't hunt, plink or fish. Now that I am retired, I hunt, plink and fish. Life is good.
