Which Hogue Handall for MKII 22-45?

Post by laportechaarlie » Fri Mar 13, 2009 10:28 am

I want to try one of these before I tackle the 1911 grip mod. Is the Universal or the JR the better fit?
Thanks,
Charlie

It's been a while since anyone has asked about this but the 'Universal' is best for the Mark II version of the 22/45. Rubbing alcohol is a good lubricant for slipping on the grips and it'll evaporate fast once the grip is in place.
