Can anyone tell me how to identify the factory spring compared to the VQ spring? Gauge, length?

The VQ spring is a little weaker in compression, that about all I can tell you. Bullseye will probably know, for sure.

If you mix them up it's hard to tell them apart. There's only four to six ounces difference between them.

I know one is slightly less compression and how to tell the apart would be very difficult.
