Rear LPA sight on Ruger Bull Barrel

Does anyone use the PSI/LPA TPU SERIES sights on a bull barrel Ruger?

Were you able to use the stock front sight?

Why do you want to use an LPA sight for a bull barreled pistol? Those low profile sights are designed for the tapered barrels. With a bull barrel you can use pretty much any aftermarket Ruger dovetailed adjustable sight with the stock front sight. Volquartsen had a nice one, the VQ TL Rear Sight is perfect for this use.

Well I was thinking the lower profile might be good for a holster. Especially if it allowed me to use a lower front sight. There would be less to get hung up on.

I'm sorry, I didn't get that from the earlier question of using the stock front sight. If you want to use a low profile sight then you'd have to lower the front sight to compensate. You could use the factory adjustable and just get a ramped style front sight for holster work.
