For those of you who have tried this ammo, what do you think of it ?

I have shot ssome and it shoots quite well. As with all ammo, some guns love it and some don.t.

Have not tried it but I'll look for some.....

Eley sport does not shoot worth a hoot in anything I have tried it in.

You never know until you try it. Your luck may be better than mine.

I have now tried this ammo, and have to say it will not shoot in my Ruger Mlll or my Sig Mosquito(even less). It claims a 1065 fps, but it seems a little underpowered for my ruger. I keep getting stove pipes, jams, ftf, fte. About 3-4 rounds a mag failure rate. Some of the failures are the brass getting stuck in the breech end??? A total PITA. By the way, it is for sale for any risk takers. $20/brick.

How much do you have?

I'd have to check for sure, exactly, but, 3 bricks plus about 300rds(6-50rd boxes),

That is why I only buy 3 fifty round boxes when I try new ammo.

May be interested and we are not too far apart in miles either.

Sounds good to me, can I send this thru usps? cause if you can, I think it might fit into a small package. You are right, we could meet halfway or something.

Too bad you don't have a bolt action rimfire rifle that ammo would run through it nicely.

I haven't tried it from my Ruger 10/22 rifle yet. If OM wants it, it's his.

It is funny how .22 ammo and .22 pistols work. I shoot the CMP White Box. I understand it is actually Eley Sport. I have used it in my Ruger Mark II and Marvel conversion without any problems at all.

I had some initial problems in my Benelli MP 95. Every now and then I would get a failure to fire with a light hit. I think the round was not fully chambered due to crud in the chamber, and then would cushion the firing pin blow.

I began putting a drop of oil on the first round in the magazine and have not had a problem since. That was close to 5,000 rounds ago. I could not be happier. I have five cases in the basement and five on order.
