What Henry are we up to?

Can I call my new H001 Henry VIII?
Local Mom & Pop place called me Monday night and quoted me $295 more-or-less, depending on actual shipping, out the door, tax and all. Told him to order it.
Called me tonight and said "It's here." $295.40 Not the greatest price on earth, but darn fair considering the sporting goods place in town wants $324 plus tax, and it's 140 miles round trip.
Just gotta order me a red dot for it and sight it in, and we're off to the races!

CONGRATS ON THE H001 Downeaster! I'll be surprised if it isn't your favorite "go to". As to our HENRY numbering system it goes like this:
Bearandoldman HENRY I
Tigerbettle HENRY II
Kaz HENRY III
Kaz HENRY IV
greener HENRY V
open HENRY VI
Downeaster HENRY VIII + HENRY The Magnificent
open
So, pick your numbers, that Henry Mag certainly deserves a number as well! Regards

Morning, Jim and Kaz, did we get our cookies yet, Bear has had his and also begged Ma for the last drops of her glass of milk.
Now we got the important stuff under control, we can straighten out the country , if that is still possible.

Good morning Boys! Yes, we have chased rabbits, had cookies and one of us is laying on the cool slate in front of the FP. If, we could do anything for the country we would, however it seems we are out of phase with current thinking. Most days now I believe that being in advanced years is really a good thing

Bear likes to hit my basement work room and stretch out on the cool ashphalt tiled floor, full belly and chin contact. Think we got that thinking right on being old, maybe we won't be around to see this country totally turn into rodent refuse, or maybe we will because that could be later this afternoon.
Well HenryI is home visiting with Anthony to see if he can find the alignment problems, just waiting to hear from them, may take a while but we got the Great Eight to shoot and she seems to like that CCI SV blue box but Henry did not.

Well, if it's all the same to the Naming Convention Committee, I'll stay with Henry the MAGnificent for the Foxkiller and skip to Henry the VIII for the new one, just cuz I like the sound of it.
Baby daughter's new boyfriend claims he knows where there's a mess of Gray Squirrels and plans to take the Grandson out to try his luck. I believe I'll invite myself along and take Henry VIII to show 'em how it's done. Not sure when squirrelly season is, haven't hunted them in years.
Grump's favorite summer spot is on the concrete floor in the shed/mudroom. You can usually see the outline of where she's been laying. She also favors the Full Body Contact pose. She's possessed of the same svelte physique as her Dad, so that's a LOT of contact...

What about Henry VII??
Yes I started the whole damn thing and am proud of it but I depend on you younger guys to keep things in order. Us old guy just love to delegate authority, kind of like the Godfather.
