Sometimes a "contrast" can help you appreciate what you have. Many women help me notice my wife's best qualities, because they don't have them.
It's too late for "brown nosing" Ruger, the damage has been done. You better buy her something real nice for sweetest day. (and Greener the same)
Haka
that new gun could be her Valentine's gift 8)

I'm not sure how ruger22's wife would feel about him buying Greener a valentines/sweetest day gift...... but I'm sure greener wouldn't turn down a gift of ammo, or guns......

Ruger22's wife would really wonder about him buying Greener a valentine gift, if you catch my meaning. Especially if Greener is a redhead. For some reason, she has a "thing" against redheads. I'm always teasing her that if she ever needed replacing, I'd have to find a cute redhead.

Thin Q-tip. I could be a redhead if I stood in the sun without a hat.

I wouldn't mind a sweet gun or ammo from Ruger, although his wife might be jealous.

I'm doing nothing for my sweetie other than sending her home to mama tomorrow. They'll get tired of her and send her back on Tuesday.

bgreene, on the other hand will be sweetness and light. Not just because his better half is lovely, sweetness and light or that her little brother can bench press a pickup truck. She has also been known to buy a gun for him

O K back on topic....I was shooting a Practical Pistol match with my new Glock 45. In the middle of a string I grab a fresh mag out of my pocket....insert the mag in the gun hit the slide release and the cartrige fellout of the front of the muzzle.....I had accidently grabbed a 10mm mag instead of a 45 mag [both the same size] I was feeling like a cartoon character.....the silence was amazingly loud at that moment then the ribbing started. I sold the 45 and now my 45's are 1911's
I was feeling so embarassed, I would have crawld under a rock if I could have found one big enough.

Welcome to Guntalk-Online!

Lucky it fell out. I've heard of a few times where the smaller cartridge actually detonated and made a huge mess in the chamber when the brass expanded.
