That is the one with the wood stock and Accu trigger, I bought a left hand one because it was there. Come to think of that, I bought TAZ and a few others last year because they were there and I did not have one.
You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.

Gander Mtn around here ususally has a boatload of the G models (thats the wood stock product code) I know lots of folks don't care for Gander because of high prices but I have found some great deals there, plus they r supposed to price match

Sometimes a Whimis all you need!!!!! I just happened upon a Beautiful S&W 10-6 nickled 4" bbl 38spl for A wicked good price (250) just out browsing the other day. now I've wanted one for a while noe (just like my grand pappy's, well a lot like grand paws with a better finish and pachymar grips) the price was so nice I laid out some cash for them to hold it for me, going to pick it up Wednesday I think....some of the best guns are bought on a whim
I was going to pass it on but your mother said you weren't old enough for that one.

I'm not sure if it is a whim or just the wishlist. I bought an S&W M17 on a whim. Of course, I shot one a couple years ago and decided that I'd buy one if I came across one at the right price.

Ok, this one just flew over the hakaman's head? I suppose if I really thought about it, a light bulb would come on.

My Dad bought this one used in about 1932

I've been shooting it for about half a century. A while back I suggested that I pass it on to bgreenea3. His mom likes it too much to let him have it.

PS. This thing has been an excellent shooter for a very long time.

Yup thats the one mom likes......I've had my eye out for one like it for some time at a good price....I hope the one I found shoot 1/2 as well. its a bit different bull bbl instead of tapered and Pachymar grips, and probably 50 years newer

Neat. It does look like it's been around the block a few times.

I might possibly reccomend you see a good optometrist. I looked in the mirror, now I am really felling bad.
